Unifying Privacy, Availability, and Privacy

A key insight behind Zcash MSPA is that scalability, data availability, and privacy are all deeply connected:

• Data must be available to those who need it.
• Privacy requires that data must not be available to anyone except the intended participants.
• Scalability requires that data must propagate as efficiently as possible to only those who need it.

These goals are mutually supportive and form three pillars supporting the overall safety goals.
